Terms and conditions

The customer is obliged to abide by the terms of the transaction while accepting the order and delivery of the goods. Please read the following terms carefully before you place an order or accept delivery of goods:

1.The price of the goods ordered is subject to the price on the website when you place the order. Finecables reserves the right to adjust online commodity prices without prior notice. The price difference between the price at which the customer makes a claim and the price at which the order is placed will not be accepted unless the price deviates significantly from the value of the goods.




2.Please clearly and accurately fill in your real name, delivery address and contact information. If the order is delayed or cannot be delivered due to the following circumstances, the company shall not be liable for:

    a. The customer provides wrong information and undetailed addresses

    b. Unsigned delivery of goods, resulting in repeated delivery costs and related consequences

    c. Force majeure, such as natural disaster, traffic martial law, sudden war, etc


3. Security: whether you order by phone or online, we guarantee the security of trading information and your order will be processed by the staff authorized by the company.


4.Privacy right: Finecables respects your right of privacy. Under any circumstances, we will not sell or disclose your personal and order information to any third party . All customer information we get from websites or phone calls is used only to process your relevant order.


5. Disclaimer: if due to force majeure or other reasons beyond the control of the company, the company's sales system is broken down or cannot be normally used, the failure or loss of relevant information and records of online transactions, etc. occurs, the company will assist in handling matters as reasonably as possible and try to protect the customer from economic losses.
