Finecables is not liable for the delay or return caused by the following reasons.

1. In some remote areas of cities, due to problems such as traffic, the delivery time may be delayed by 1-2 days based on the estimated arrival time

2.Delay or failure of delivery due to buyer's reasons (change of delivery address, unknown address, wrong address, unreachable address, refusal, no agent, etc.)

3.Delay caused by force majeure (" force majeure "means unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable objective conditions and other delays affect the delivery time, cause parcel distribution of objective conditions, including but not limited to national or regional air or ground traffic system control or interrupt (e.g., weather conditions, etc.), or  the government behavior, the express services policy change, war, earthquake, typhoon, flood, fire, rain, fog, and other similar events)

4. Air contraband, electronic products and other items that cannot be transported on by air due to air security inspection.

5.The consignee's address is business site. Therefore,  the package cannot be received on Saturday, Sunday or in public holidays.

6.The consignee's school, unit or residence community which does not allow delivery personnel to enter.
